“Your soul doesn’t care what you do for a living – and when your life is over, neither will you. Your soul cares only about what you are being while you are doing whatever you are doing.” ~ Neale Donald Walsch
Born from an idea that we are all connected, The Social Effect began as a way to explore how ideas travel from one person to another, one community to another, one country to another—and how those connections can create change.
Over time, my journey has carried me into many worlds: from economics at McGill, to fashion design in Paris, to two decades in the fashion industry, and finally, to following a long-held dream. In 2011, I opened Etiket, a boutique dedicated to beauty, fragrance, and connection. What started as a small shop has grown into two locations and a wider community that continues to inspire me.
Writing has always been part of my path—an outlet for reflection, creativity, and giving. This space is where I return to that practice. My hope is simple: that by sharing honestly, I may contribute in some small way to the greater conversation of what it means to live, work, and connect with intention.
